Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. Delivery within the EU is free and already included in the price. Payment is taken at the time of the order. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatching, and you may cancel without charge.
What Aurora is
Aurora is a general wellness product. It measures and reports trends in sleep, activity and recovery. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing shown in the app or on this site is medical advice. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
The app and your data
Reading your own data requires no subscription. Every metric is unlocked at purchase and stays unlocked. How your data is handled is set out in our privacy policy.
Guarantee
Products sold to consumers in the EU carry the statutory conformity guarantee, which runs for two years from delivery. If the ring is faulty or does not match its description within that period you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund. Your rights are set out in returns and exchanges and are not limited by anything on this page.
We do not offer an additional commercial warranty on top of the statutory guarantee. The statutory two years is what you get, and we will not make you argue for it.
Acceptable use of this site
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or use it to break the law. The Aurora name, text, photography and page designs on this site belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order.
