Is there really no subscription?
Correct. You buy the ring once and every metric, trend and export is unlocked permanently. There is no paid tier, nothing is held back, and nothing stops working later.
Is Aurora a medical device?
No. Aurora is a general wellness product. It reports trends in sleep, activity and recovery to help you understand your own patterns. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it should never replace advice from a qualified clinician.
Can I wear it in water?
It is rated 5 ATM, which is roughly 50 metres. Showering, hand-washing and swimming are fine. Saunas, hot tubs and high-pressure water jets are not — heat and pressure are what kill water seals.
How does charging work?
The ring sits on the magnetic dock that comes in the box and reaches full in about an hour. Most people top it up while they shower.
We are not publishing a days-per-charge figure until we have measured it on a production unit ourselves. When we have, it will appear here.
Which phones does it work with?
iOS and Android, over Bluetooth. The companion app is free to download and there is no account fee attached to it.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Use the fit finder on the product page. It gives you two ways to measure — against a ring you already own, or with a strip of paper round the finger — and both take under a minute. Aurora runs from US 7 to US 13, which is 55 mm to 70 mm of finger circumference.
What if the size is wrong when it arrives?
Tell us the size you actually need and the replacement goes out at our cost, with postage covered in both directions. Exchanging does not use up your 14-day right to change your mind.
Which finger should I wear it on?
The index finger is the usual choice, because the sensor sits flattest against the underside. The ring should be snug enough that it does not spin freely, but loose enough to slide off without a fight. Measure in the evening: finger size moves by up to half a size between morning and night.

Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the European Union. Delivery is free and tracked, and the cost is already in the price — nothing is added at checkout. Details are on the delivery page.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. That is your statutory right under EU consumer law, and it applies whether or not anything is wrong with the ring. See returns and exchanges.
The app and your data
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold to third parties, and exportable in full at any time. You can delete your account and everything attached to it from within the app.
What if I stop using the app?
Nothing you have already recorded is taken away, and nothing is locked behind a payment. Export it whenever you want, in a format you can open somewhere else.
