Where we ship
Aurora ships to all European Union member states. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, and the cost is already included in the price you see — there is no shipping charge added at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Typical delivery time to an EU address is 8 to 16 business days from dispatch. Rings are shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, and that is longer than you would wait for a parcel from a domestic retailer. We would rather tell you that here than surprise you after you have paid.
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will refund it in full without asking you to wait any longer.
Customs and duties
Prices shown include VAT where it applies, and there is nothing further to pay on delivery. If any charge is ever raised against you on an Aurora parcel, send us the paperwork and we will cover it.
If a parcel is delayed or lost
Tracking sometimes stops updating for a few days while a parcel moves between depots or clears a hub. If your tracking has not moved for seven business days, or the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, get in touch. We will open a claim with the carrier and resolve it with you directly rather than sending you to chase them.
Wrong address
We can change a delivery address only before the parcel is dispatched, so contact us as soon as you spot a mistake.
